Air Space: Jump Your Way To Fitness!

Leading a student lifestyle often means that there isn’t a lot of time leftover to keep up a fitness regime. However when you combine exercising with fun, it’s a whole different ball game.

Last month, The Edit were lucky enough to be offered the chance to try out the new Air Space, Scotland’s first indoor trampoline park. Safe to say we jumped at the chance (pardon the pun)!

The 2 million leisure destination opened at Playsport in East Kilbride and is Europe’s largest indoor freestyle jumping area. It features 100 interconnected, wall to wall trampolines in an area over 35,000 square feet.

If that’s not enough for you, Air Space has something to offer for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves here! Any trampolining newbies (ahem, such as myself), were advised by the very informative safety demonstration…
